A particularly cool location tucked away in a neighborhood not only the original, but right at the Spyglass Trailhead to the Barton Creek Greenbelt trail. Stay for a while, with a decent amount of outdoor seating... though a small parking lot, there is street parking. The always friendly crew are as inviting as the terrific tacos. Clean ingredients, not overly complicated, and simply delicious. Don't forget the queso and horchata!
Taco deli is a nice restaurant, quick service and reasonably priced tacos. I got the Barbacoa and picodillo tacos with a side of street corn and queso, topped with a refreshing modelo. Both of the tacos were delicious and the hot sauce/salsa bar was nice. Personally I felt the street corn left some to be desired. I expected more of a creamy corn but that could be my preference. We sat outside, the music was nice and appropriate volume. Overall rating 7/10- would come back.
Literally the most disgusting gentrification ever. They cant even let their chips be free, they force them into sealed transparent bags that hurt your hands when you try to open them. Their food is awful. It makes your stomache hurt. Straight up scary! No one should ever be forced to eat there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Taco Deli Another good stop along the 30 bus line. Their tacos were fresh, healthy, and reasonably priced, but bland. Nevertheless, if you?re on the 30 bus out to Bee Cave, stop in for a couple of breakfast (only breakfast menu available before11 AM) or regular tacos, sit on the terrace, and people watch.
