Otopia is currently collaborating with Burger Bar on Campus, serving wagyu burgers, fries, and other delicious specialties. Note that Otopia's food menu is not currently available. Ages 21+ only.

Otopia offers stunning views and a great ambiance, but falls short on service and food quality. The rooftop location is perfect for a summer night out, with a welcoming female bartender and within walking distance of Moody Center. However, poor service, lack of sushi options, and underwhelming dishes were major drawbacks. The cozy atmosphere and tasty drinks, such as the Champagne Supernova, make Otopia a good spot to relax and unwind with friends. Overall, while there are some positives to be found, diners might want to manage their expectations before visiting.
Not sure why Otopia is on OpenTable because when we arrived, the staff said they don’t take reservations. There was a large party that had arrived unexpectedly, but despite all that the staff was able to provide a spot that we could gather. View was nice and weather was fantastic, so good ambience. Do not get the shrimp cocktail.
The highlight of the experience was the gorgeous views! Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The crab rolls were greasy and the sushi was mediocre. Service was slow and the staff was not very friendly.
The restaurant claimed to be closed due to the weather, but we did not receive any notification. We took an Uber to get there and ended up wasting our time.
We were sat in a corner and the server never returned. There was some event going on so that’s probably why but we literally sat there for 20min until I went to the bar trying to put in a drink/food order. Another 10min went by without a bartender even looking at me (they were insanely busy also) so we just went to the downstairs restaurant
We picked this place looking for sushi. No sushi. We arrived to the rooftop after having to be approved to go up, but that’s all it was an open rooftop with a bar. I could see how this would be popular on a summer night but not a weeknight in November. We didn’t even stay.
