Great food. Great service. Accommodated us outside after we were seated inside! Cocktails were so good
The restaurant is very cute. Has a very “farm to table” with an Asian influence vibe. The drinks were delicious and our server was very nice! We specifically went for the KFC special on Sunday and it was reasonably priced and delicious. The banchanoffered decent flavor for little sides. The only small disappointment was my husband got the pork belly bibimbap and he maybegot 3 small pieces of pork belly hidden under the egg. The veggies were the main components. When you have to pay extra for aprotein, you definitely expect there to be more. Again, we still enjoyed it, but now we will stay away from the bulgogi and juststick with the chicken and maybe try some apps next time!
Yums. Made a reservation for a Wednesday night at 9pm and there was plenty of seating available. They did not have hot sake on the menu, and also were out of the milky cold Nigori sake. I ended up ordering the Sparkling Chardonnay, it is delicious andperfect to pair with spicy food.. For starters, the fried chicken is delicious. The portion is two tiny pieces of breadedchicken -think about two nuggets. It comes with a tasty side of pickled veggies. For entree -and apologies, cant remember theirexact menu names- we ordered the chicken lettuce rolls and the kimchy fried rice with pork. Portions are huge. I found my rice abit too high in salty notes. The fried egg was cooked to perfection. The lettuce rolls came with the chicken -hot on a fajitastyle skillet- a bowl with plenty lettuce leaves, a nice serving of black and white rice -that turns a beautiful shade ofpurple, I thought it was squid ink. Additionally, it came with a tray with about six additional accouterments of pickled veggies(cucumbers, cabbage, olives, seaweed, etc). Plenty for two to share. The restaurant has a very eclectic interior decoration, andindoors and outdoors seating. It also has a nice bar with seating for solo guests. I would go back.
