What a gem! We were recommended this while bar hopping on a Sunday night. We walked into a burlesque/jazz/blues ensembles and immediately hooked. Service was quick and the ladies had my wife and I mesmerized.
Kicked me out for having non gender neutral bathrooms. This place is not queer or gender muet in anyway.
We always love stopping in to King Bee while in Austin, but we just came from the Black Lagoon Halloween Pop-Up and everyone did a stellar job. The decor was on point and they had the specialty cocktails out quickly considering the number of people in attendance. Also appreciate the mocktail and super low ABV options (pictured is the NA Satanic Panic).
I visited for the Halloween pop-up event and was a bit let down that the food truck was closed on a Thursday night. However, the Halloween decorations were fantastic! The bartender made some excellent old fashioneds and martinis. I would definitely return!
