The female manager is not professional at all she should not be the manager if she allows her employees to use The N Word ! In a professional settings it happened once and then it happened again on my most recent visit and it is offensive for a women of color to hear that word and for it to be used so lightly and they are African Americans so very rude and disrespectful. Great customer service! Fast. I did not have to ask for sauces, the girl offered it herself. I had a coupon, they let me substitute. Great employees!

When I inquired about it, they checked into the situation and kindly explained what had happened. They not only gave me the correct order but also surprised me with a complimentary order of chicken fries as a token of appreciation for my patience and understanding. I really appreciate that kind of service!
Waited forever for my food after being told to wait in front. They forgot my order or gave it away because they were giving food to everyone then asked me again what my order was and never even gave me a reciept. I asked for no pickles, onions or tomato on my burger but add cheese. When they finally remade my order after waiting 30 MINUTES out front, they didn’t add the cheese I paid for and added everything I asked for off. I was already late getting back to work today because of this place. A bunch of children are working here and are running around clueless and have no idea whose order goes to who and are even giving people food orders and taking them back and giving them to someone else in a different car as I observed which is a major health code violation.Management needs a better system for their employees in this place, with strict policies on orders and giving customers a reciept.
