Following the green velo route you don't always have the opportunity to eat vegan. What a delight to come across Moringa. The oyster mushroom and black lentils was divine, and the cauliflower steak was also a huge success. On to some desert!
A lovely place in Augustow some absolutely delicious vegan options; Will definitely go back there when visiting this corner of Poland again;
We visited Moringa twice this weekend, during the alleged opening hrs, but the restaurant was completely closed, without any signs why or until when:
The food was really imaginative, with interesting taste combinations that created a nice experience. The owner of the restaurant is also a cook, and she’s passionate about vegan/vegetarian cuisine. She even came out to talk to us and find out about our impressions and whether we had any suggestions. They’ve got really nice vegan burgers. I had cauliflower steak that was simultaneously simple, healthy and filling, with well-balanced tastes that mixed into an interesting combination.
