While Sonic has long been a favorite for its slushies and speedy service, recent experiences reveal a troubling decline in quality. Customers report inconsistent service, including slow drive-thru times and overlooked orders. Many meals arrive burnt, despite appealing discounts available via the app. Occasionally, technical issues at ordering stations further complicate the experience, with several out of service at any given time. On the upside, some patrons still find timely and fresh food when choosing operational stalls. Overall, this Sonic location offers both beloved treats and frustration, reminding diners that improvements are necessary for a better visit.
This location is a poor representation of the company I was just trying to get two hot dogs and they just could not seem to get the gist of what I was saying please hire people that can take a order in an orderly fashion!!!
I've found the problem. Thank goodness for the Sonic on Tobacco Road. I placed an order there, only to discover that no one had actually taken my order. So, I left and headed to Tobacco Road, where my order was prepared correctly.
Use to be great. Service has really declined. They clear out your order and say they are on the way 5 mins before they actually bring your food. Then you get the food and it's burnt. We love half price slushies in the app though.
This Sonic location is definitely one of the better ones. The food is always fresh and served quickly. However, there are a couple of downsides to note: I've never been here when all the ordering stations were working, and there are typically at least four that are out of order. Also, this location tends to fall behind by weeks when it comes to offering limited-time specials.
