Good choice outside the tourist routes, for a new interpretation of food traditions from Umbria. here are taste and quality combined with hamburger! at the end they smell like burned wood, but it will be a pleasant farewell from dinner.
We had for only 5 euro torta al testo and small drink. I accidentally wanted to issue a tax receipt with the ticket restaurant and the owner. I am sorry that he reduced 5 euro from the bill of 30 euro. we were very impressed by. his friendliness

It is a new concept in which they order their food at the bar and wait at their table to arrive. they have a great variety of foods like many different hamburgers, teller with typical prociutto, meat and cheese and typical brot. they can also order sandwiches...with indecision their choice. the restaurant itself is really clean and the waiters are friendly. there is the possibility to sit outside and inside with a air conditioning system. all in all I recommend this place really all Italian food lovers
We have driven past this restaurant many times and we noticed a lot of cars in their carpark. It turns out that their are several restaurants served by this car park. The first thing you’ll notice is how loud the music is, secondly how terrible...the seating arrangement is. They’ve used old cable spools for seats, finally trying to order food is difficult not only because of the loud music but the cash register is in a small hallway where there is a lot of traffic and not much space, it’s difficult to queue as well. We ordered the local focaccia bread stuffed with our own choice of stuffing. My partner ordered a hamburger and was presented with a tiny sliver of focaccia sitting next to two halves of a grilled potato and a small hamburger, it looked awful. No ketchup or mustard until asked for from one of the passing waitresses. Surely they must know that presentation is as important as the food itself. One of my children ordered the focaccia with pancetta and cheese. It arrived less the cheese and the pancetta was 90% fat, no doubt the cheapest cut they could find. We saw a person complain about their pasta dish. After trying it, it was returned to the chef and he poured it back into the communal cooking pot. It looked disgusting when it was served up. The toilets were appalling (unusable) their was no toilet paper, no way to dry your washed hands, no effective lock on the door and it obviously hadn’t been cleaned for some days. This place is a poor example of Italian food, it’s best avoided.
