Cilantro is one of the cosiest cafes you can go to in Cairo. Their coffee is great, prices are affordable, and staff and friendly
The service is little bit slow, it can be improved, but he good thing is 1st floor is for smokers and ground floor is for nonsmokers.
This is where I always go and have my morning coffee in peace and quietness. Great coffee, freshly ground and served. Really nice selection of music they got there. In-door smoking and non-smoking seatings provided. Good to know: after COVID-19, no longer ceramic mugs are served for your coffee. It is only paper cups and you have to order your drink yourself to reduce contact.
