Was Cantemir Simon at Dining 56 a mag?
had the 4-course tasteflight (smaakvlucht,) which contained 7 small dishes! a cozy snack, appetizer, starter, second curs, appetizer, main course and desert. a real Michelin star feeling. only at the bottom was that the friendly staff was not always 100% informed what is on the teller. the price is considerable, but it is worth it. Don't get me wrong, the food here is really good and so is the service, despite the still inexperienced staff. But...the interior needs some real remodeling. When you get seated you start to wonder if the raving reviews are true as the place just doesn't look the part. Luckily when you take your first bite you forget all about it because the chefs really know what they're doing and the flavors are brilliant. Definitely recommend if you can get past the tacky look of the place.
