The google hours did not reflect their store hours so we showed up right before close and Kevin was amazingly accommodating! Great service! We were so grateful he allowed for our order right before close! A+ customer service! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
I really don't understand the negative reviews I've seen. I've literally been coming to this Taco John's my whole life and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. The staff and management are amazing, nice, friendly people. The quality of the food is always excellent. Everything is always crisp and fresh. I don't ever feel like I'm being scammed with understuffed burritos. Honestly! Just look at the size of that Double Cheese Chicken Boss Burrito next to the bag!! It's huge! Lol Their drive through is great. Even if there's a big line they keep it moving and you won't be there long. I felt compelled to write this glowing review because there is another Taco Johns closer to my home that I tried going to a few times and each time was unrealistically terrible. One of the employees even called me a dog out of absolutely nowhere. o.o I'm not sure what's wrong with that place but I'll happily drive a city over whenever I need to get my ole fix. Lol Thank you to the employees of this establishment. I've worked fast food before and the people in this profession don't get nearly enough credit. Stay awesome! Edit: The food items shown are the double cheese chicken Boss Burrito and a super nachos.
Went through drive through with 2 really large orders and special instructions they were really friendly and patient, I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes max and the orders were correct. Good price for what we all got and the food was really good. The staff was really great about the large orders and Special orders. It was my first time here and I'll be back!
This was my first time eating here and it was a big disappointment. I bought steak and chicken street tacos. The steak tacos barely had meat on them. It looked like they had one strip of meat and cut it into pieces. The lettuce was dripping with waterso that all the tacos were covered in water. Needless to say I will never eat here again.
I've been eating at this restaurant since 1975 when the owner made all the food, took the orders and delivered them to your table. He was a great guy, very friendly and always provided high quality food. The food is still pretty good but there are somany young people working with no one in charge. It's like they're having a party and work is not their main concern. They'requite slow and not always accurate. I miss the owner not being there as often because he kept people on task. I love the tacobravo and the meat and potato burrito, if they don't forget to add the potatoes. If only someone was in charge of the chaos,maybe if there were less people working they'd pay more attention to what they were doing?
