Been our favorite place to get pretzels for years. My ten year old craves Pretzelmaker pretzels whenever he’s on his chemo medications. Totally worth the trip to the mall to get to make him happy Owner is friendly and is usually there 80% of the time when I order. Also I appreciate the reward program to earn points for $5 off coupons! Gets us to come in more often.
I observed a staff member named Adam who was clearly overwhelmed with the workload, yet he maintained his composure and a smile the whole time. I was very impressed with how he managed the situation.
This place is incredible! I could easily indulge because their pretzels are absolutely delicious.
