I would not order from here again. The customer service was terrible. They messed up our order and blamed us for it. When we tried to get the correct item, they still expected us to pay. I ordered sesame chicken, but they gave us general tso chicken instead, which was virtually the same dish except for some sesame seeds on top. Neither of them tasted like general tso chicken at all. I order from here about once a month. I never have any issues. They’re priced very well.
Good food. Food was quick to be cooked and was delicious. Not very friendly. Note that this is TAKE OUT ONLY, there is no dine-in options. There are no chairs inside either, so wait in your car or place the order before arriving.
I love this! Only authentic Chinese food in Wisconsin! And that Stephen cashier is very handsome! Always gives the correct change with a smile
We have always ordered takeout from this place over the last 5 years UNTIL last year when after we ordered our favorite sweet and sour chicken for brunch, the next 24 hours was a nightmare. The dish was contaminated. Me and my son split the order and we had diarrhea all evening and all night. My husband and other child did not eat it. And this was the only thing we ate before the diarrhea. We ate it for brunch and could not have dinner anymore with our upset stomach. We contacted the place three Times and each time they told us they were busy at that moment so we had to call Back and back. They did not even have the initiative to call us back and acted as if nothing happened. Sadly, in as much as we want to support local, we will not order from here anymore.
I love their food. Good quality. Excellent preparation. Nice customer service. Just wish they serviced pork dishes but hey I am happy with what I can get
