From NC and we stayed in hotel close by. Figured we would try the prime rib and holy smokes!! It was delicious!! The soup was really good as well. For us service and food was spot on!! I remembered the prime rib being excellent from my childhood, but either my memory has faded or the quality has declined because the steak was subpar—dry, tough, and fatty. Additionally, I wasn’t a fan of the cooking method; I prefer my steaks with a good sear and crust, and this one didn’t have that at all. It also lacked any real seasoning or flavor.
