I had lunch here with a friend yesterday. I want to commend the employees. The lady at the register was so nice and personable. She was very accommodating and so was the young man working. I felt very welcome. So nice in fact, I’m going to go back as a repeat customer. The super star was good and fresh. Great job Carl’s, you’re employees rock! They both deserve a raise! What Steve C dislikes about Carl's Jr.:
2 California burgers 1 spicy chicken, burgers were cold and bread, dry cold, means they were sitting in the warming tray or whatever you use to keep meat warm, not good. Spicy chicken was ok, but could of been better.
They really liked the new crispy homemade chicken sandwich. It had a nice crispy coating and was simply garnished with pickles and mayonnaise.
The fast food at this restaurant is excellent. Everything is fresh and delicious, surpassing the quality of most other fast food establishments.
The food was terrible and all of my chicken strips were either hard or lukewarm, as if they had been left sitting in the warmer for hours.
Stopped here while on a road trip. The lady at the register was super kind. Had patience and made us feel welcomed. Counters soda machine very clean and fresh inside. Received our food fresh and no long wait. Thank you!
I want to thank you for the excellent service that Gloria and Jose give me this morning , i just got here from Mississippi I am a snow bird I was hoping to find Jose from last winter he keep the dine open no like the years before ! He also have a fresh hot coffee. Love this new management.
