The staff is very disrespectful with not common situations we entered the party having different expectations and after we paid the fee we go inside and we had a misunderstanding we decided it wasn’t our mood so we wanted to hop into another club and try again so we came back to the register where we got the tickets and explained we wouldn’t be coming in here (mind you we looked inside for 30 seconds) i thought it wouldn’t be a problem but they were so persistent about keeping our 60 euros (might not be a lot for you but because of this we didn’t get to go anywhere) it was such a buzkill they kept us there to contact their boss and he was another level of disrespectful, he straight out said pass on the refund, i don’t care etc. and after that treatment we really felt robbed our night was ruined i couldn’t get a hold of the ‘boss’ as well so yeah pretty sure we got scammed by this night club and taken advantage of.. i guess he really needed 2 student’s money that was just trying to have fun, no way to run an establishment and no way to treat any customer!
