**A Dining Experience at This Local Gem: Mixed Impressions** In the heart of downtown lies a restaurant that has captured the attention of locals, though opinions vary widely. Many rave about the delectable sandwiches, praising their freshness and excellent service, while others express disappointment over inconsistencies in quality and offerings. Diners have noted issues such as items being forgotten during orders and even unexpected closures. Yet, the inviting ambiance and friendly staff continue to draw patrons back, with some discovering a passion for new breakfast items and pasta salads. While some may leave unsatisfied, the promise of great sandwiches keeps hope alive for a triumphant return.
The restaurant was overpriced and not a true deli. They used pre-packaged lunch meats like Oscar Mayer, and nothing tasted fresh or homemade. The only item that seemed authentic and was recommended was the chicken salad, which was the main reason we visited. But unfortunately, they were completely out of it. You should never run out of your top-selling item, right? I also tried the so-called grilled chicken sandwich, but it wasn't actually grilled and didn't taste like real chicken at all. It was quite disappointing. You're better off making a fresh sandwich at home.

We observed that the excellent quality of the sandwiches and soups seems to have left with the previous owner. It's disappointing because we genuinely attempted to support the new owner. The new owner is friendly, and we appreciate the staff as well. We wish them all the best, but we hope they can invest more effort into improving the food quality; if they do, we might consider coming back. Perhaps they could bring in the old owner for some guidance on the recipes.
We noticed the high quality of the sandwiches and soups went out the door with the old owner. Too bad because we really tried to give it a go with the new owner.The new owner is really nice and we do like everyone who works there and wish them the best ofluck, wish they would put more effort into the quality of food and maybe we would return. Get the old owner back to try the foodand get some hints.
Always trying to see if customer service is excellent. In this case we ordered something off the menu. Something we enjoyed after a busy day in the office. We ordered coffee ice cream. great customer service
