Bad service with a lot of bad attitude. We tried to explain that the dish was undercooked, and they supposedly cooked again but it was just a reheated plate without the actual fish being cooked. The manager came to out table afterwards, and walked away without a single word, only to come back with the plate to show us how it was perfectly cooked. The moment I tried to explain how their attitude wasn 't appropriate, he walked away. Even if I 'm 100% wrong, this is not to deal with a way to deal with a customer. When we were leaving the restaurant, I tried to have another conversation with the manager to give feedback, and it became clear that the manager had no business of being a restaurant manager. If we weren 't hotel customers, it became apparent that he would have treated us much worse then he already did.
The food was excellent but the service was lacking. Amazing view, right on the beach facing west. We had the fish, the meat, and the sardines to start. They are understaffed, so I don't think I can blame our waitress for being slow with the menu and such, but she gave a good recommendation. We could see the screen in the bar with the world cup match on it. The reason we came was the gourmet restaurant, but this was not disappointing... sitting next to the sand, it was not cheap.
This was a terrible experience. The food was beyond bad. This is the french kitchen from the worst side. If you have any demands on cooking skills choose another restaurant.
Food is ok. Disappointed with the service because one of the staff members took the liberty of making a joking remark about the mash that we didn 't finish (very inappropriate and heavy humor). And he adds that he will leave us the puree for the next day. Unfortunately for him, his short memory does not even allow him to remember our reservation when we arrive at the restaurant. Too bad for him …
Great experience with beautiful sunset. Food was very fresh, nice and tasty. We will be back soon.
