Feedback
A popular spot for live music and drinks, with some customers reporting rude staff behavior. Reviews on the accommodation are less positive, citing uncomfortable rooms, poor breakfast, and lack of advertised amenities. Despite mixed experiences, many enjoyed the food, affordable prices, and friendly service, recommending the establishment for a casual meal or drinks. Overall, the Queens Hotel in Forfar offers a pleasant atmosphere, good value, and attentive staff, making it a solid choice for those looking for a budget-friendly option in the area.
This restaurant is a total disaster. It's the last place you should choose for a meal. We were actually thrown out for talking too much, and the food we did manage to get was cold and undercooked, with hair on the plates. The customer service was awful, especially from the women working behind the bar. When we complained about the food, one of them rudely told us that all she could hear was our voices and then kicked us out. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
The food is great for its price and the staff is lovely.
Great night out, live music over the weekend, friendly bar staff, added bonus of 2 pool tables.
The staff at the restaurant were kind and attentive, and the food was delicious.
This is a great place for good food at a reasonable price. We had a 2 course meal each with drinks for under £30. The service was quick, everyone was pleasant polite and the food was good. Very good value for money.
