Barely cooked jacket potatoes, a virtually nonexistent selection of vegetables… it 's a far cry from the quality and generous portions it used to be. And to top it all off: we ordered ice cream, and it was served in simple glasses. When we pointed out that they weren 't sundaes, we were told, Yes, they were the last sundaes we received. See for yourself in the photo… The service is clearly unprofessional, and the quality is no longer there. It 's a shame, because it used to be a chain we liked.
