I was not at all happy with the way complaints are handled. With the situation that prevails in their yard with the stray cats climbing on tables and diving into the dishes and the staff and owner giving the answer what to do it 's a yard I clearly question the observance of hygiene rules and I would not recommend specific shop in any case. In the end they had to take care to feed the cats somewhere on the edge so that they don 't come hungry and bother the customer to such an extent. I have been to other taverns with courtyards and cats and I have never seen this carpet. The behavior of the owner is very arrogant and without accepting the customer 's feedback, instead of saying you threw chips at them first , which yes I did because when I complained to them they did nothing to solve the problem so somehow the cats had to be removed. Under no circumstances should the order be charged in its entirety from the moment the cats came up to the table and started eating from the plates that had 2/3 of the food. It was not mine or the potatoes on the ground that caused them to do this, they also climbed onto other empty tables. I had no desire after this scene for you to prepare the order for me again as you suggested and to continue eating in the place, but since you charged the entire order I asked for and received the package which was thrown straight into the trash, I don 't trust you anymore from what I saw and what happened. You asked me what I would do if a fly was found? And I told you that I was lucky and of course I protested, the person in charge apologized to me, did not charge me and sent me a reward. You didn 't like this answer and the owner commented that he doesn 't do these things . It doesn 't matter, fortunately there are those PROFESSIONALS with a conscience who know how to recognize the problem and manage such situations and you make them shine more you who don 't do these things : Answer 1: The way you responded and dealt with the negative reviews clearly shows who has the problem ; Answer 2: You understand what you want. I didn 't ask you for anything. In a focus area, cats do not disturb when they roam quietly in the area. When they become aggressive and climb onto the tables to be seen from the plates, they become not only annoying but also dangerous. Since this happens and you ruined my evening by leaving my food in the middle the least you should have done is to apologize for the situation and charge something corresponding to the order and not the full amount as you did and the matter would have ended there . From what we got unfortunately nothing was nice. The waiters relatively polite, however not all of them. The food simply unacceptable! The portions are tragic, the burgers two meatballs pressed to look bigger and like soles. 5 potatoes to accompany them and discarded lettuce that stank of the fridge, to fill the plate. The chicken fillet came dry on the outside and undercooked on the inside, hope you don't get any salmonella.... Then I want to know how you can make a chicken fillet so tasteless and just sweet. Obviously, it went on the grill straight from the freezer... The chicken souvlaki is the exact opposite. Overcooked and tough. The braised was not braised, braised maybe with thrown in tomato yes. The worst aubergine salad I've ever eaten tasted and looked like cat vomit! The tzatziki is not bought, ready and because it is more expensive than it seems, they just put a dashi and wrap it in a cucumber slice to look gourmet.... Big disappointment!!!
