Most ingredients are local and many organic, m, all home-made! The best thing: it smells like freshly baked croissants. They can compete with french croissants! Absolutely delicious; surely the best in Amsterdam! The food-elevator makes ordering your breakfast fun, not only for kids, and you can keep a close eye on the baking in progress while having your croissant!
