I had a good experience today, and the customer service was excellent. However, the food could use some improvement, particularly the bread. The person responsible for making it needs to do better. View all feedback.
I have gotten a sandwich here many times over the years with no issue. I went there today (Sunday, 10/2/22) at 10:45 and was told We 're not taking walk in customers now we are working on a catering order . Then the person walked back into the back no apology, just nothing. I asked Do you know how soon you will be taking orders? , and there was no answer that I could hear. I drove five miles to get there, and I was the only one there. My thought was So you can 't take three minutes to make a sandwich? . I left rather astonished, and unlikely to return.
They are pretty quick getting a sandwich prepared (have patience if ordering multiple sandwiches, be ready to order).
I always be satisfied when i come to this store. Ms. Griffin always make me feel welcome . She gets my order correct every time and very courteous
