Great bar in a cute little square, right outside the church visited daily. Excellent staff and great service quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend. However, I wouldn't recommend using the toilets which were situated at the end of a long corridor, which was in fact a blessing. In my view it was one of the worst I have come across on my travels. It is nice to visit a traditional Portuguese Bar rather than the numerous Irish Bars and Themed Bars in Alvor. Situated on a busy corner, it is a good place to watch the world go by. They offer a wide range of drinks at very reasonable prices. This was the first Bar that we visited at the start of our holiday and we keep going back to it. Very good staff and service.
Great place to sit and relax anytime of day or night. Great atmosphere come back here time after time.

The drinks served were satisfactory and the prices, though a bit higher than other bars, were not excessive. The bar has one of the best locations in Alvor being located on the square but seriously, the standard of the bathroom is terrible. Needless to say we visited only once. I feel that the bar has great potential but they need to address this problem as a matter of urgency.
During our stay in Alvor, we visited this bar everyday, different times of the day to sit and watch the world go by. Friendly staff always on hand to serve and were very efficient even when it was very busy. Drinks were very reasonable and they served food too which looked very nice. The only let down was the toilets which were not as clean as I like, so used them only once. They had the large tv on showing the football too. A great location with prices that are easy on the pocket.
