this coffee bar has an open terrace facing the Mediterranean sea very nice. the people who have it offer a very close, friendly and always listening treatment. safety measures and respect for the distance between tables. can be booked and it is also very advisable. located in a very quiet place where you hear the sound of the soft waves dragging the edges of the beach. very close you will find the monastery of the sa... They are attached to the well-known “the crab”, is a bar for some snacks, but I think the letter is not very attractive, I think the rice is not bad but I didn’t try, they have little gender of the area, we asked for sepia and it wasn’t bad, we asked for a specific table that was empty and they told us no, it was all empty night, I don’t understand that they wouldn’t give it. Beautiful terrace with sea views, amazing pulp paella and good treatment. very recommended if you spend the day on the high altea.
The paella was exquisite! We sat outside on the beachfront with the most gorgeous views of the teal waters and surrounding hills and mountains. It was such an enjoyable experience! A must visit restaurant when traveling to Altea!
First time I have ever been served a beer in a wine glass. Asked for a menu but there was none. We then discovered why when the bill came. Extortionate. Left feeling positively ripped off. The owner has suggested that I was in the wrong place. Here's a picture of were we sat.
