Was Andrew at Alf's a mag?
Alf's ain't cheap, but is there any on-mountain restaurant in the Rockies that is? Not that I've come across. $4 for about 6-8 ounces of coffee. But...the location is great, (right between Sugarloaf and Supreme), where you can pop in, grab something quick and be on your way. Don't sleep on the tables outside underneath the main deck. I know that other resorts charge around $16.50 for a burger, but still! I'll reassess the fry portion and pricing after comparing them to other resorts. The food is a bit on the expensive side, but it's comparable to what you'd find at other resorts. The sandwiches are exceptional! The restaurant appears to cater to a more upscale clientele, ensuring that quality is never compromised. The use of top-notch ingredients truly enhances the overall dining experience.
Alf's is always bustling, and there’s a good reason for it. Their chili and fries are the stars of the menu, but the deli and grill selections are also delicious. While the prices are certainly higher than other places in the valley, it’s a perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This restaurant is an amazing spot that serves delicious food at an excellent price. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5-star rating!
The food area is chaotic and messy. The servers are rude. Overpriced and not that good. Would not recommend.
