Bad customer service. My pick up order said it would be ready at 1:50, got changed to 2:10 last minute. Joel said he couldn't make my order because it didn't go through on the screen. He could have easily made it and I could have been on my way. There should be way to make it pop up or delete my order so it won't double charge me. View all feedback.
