Its chef, ksanty elías, offers a creative cuisine, worthy of a michelin star. the letter varies according to the season, but I recommend you to try the tasting menu acanthum is not cheap (approximately 40-50€ per person) but it is worth paying a tribute from time to time to live an entire gastronomic experience in each bite has gotten its star michelin in 2015.
