The dishes chosen for the buffet were good. Dosas, Idli and Poha for the traditionalists... Chicken Sausages, Cold cuts, Eggs made as per your order with Sauted Veggies for the meat lovers and Dhoklas, Undiyos for the Gujrati friends ... The spread is vast and...this space will fall short but to sum it up would like to say all in all a great way to start your day! View all feedback.

Located in the Radisson Blu Resort in Alibag, this restaurant offers great ambiance and top-notch service. When I visited, it was not too crowded, so I can't speak to how busy it gets during peak season. The tables are well-spaced out, providing a comfortable dining experience. The views of the garden and pool are visible from both ends of the restaurant.
Aparanta has excellent staff and delicious food. I ordered the penne arrabiatta and it was cooked perfectly with a generous portion size. My husband really enjoyed his Mutton Biryani as well. Although the prices are a bit on the higher side, the exceptional service, ambiance, and food quality make it worth it.
The breakfast buffet spread with a lot to offer. High on taste and quality. The service is excellent. A la carte for lunch ordered... good ambience, great service and great food! Everything we ordered was really good.... Quality, taste and quantity.
We had a our breakfast buffets at this restaurant during our stay last week at the Radisson. It is not a very big space but the staff who assist in the seating and the servers are very helpful and the service is fast and efficient....There was a variety of food in the breakfast buffet each day and all items that we tried were very good. There are live stations for dosas, eggs to order, waffles etc and the chefs handling these counters were very fast and efficient. They serve buffet dinners as well at this restaurant and they also have a ala carte menu but we did not avail of the same during our stay.
