I visited this Starbucks on Saturday, I never experienced such bad customer service in my life! The person who was preparing my coffee was extremely rude to me and threw my sandwiches on the table without saying nothing, she gave me Attitude and told me to “stop talking” when I was placing my order because she couldn’t enter it to her system, even the customer who was standing behind me told me that she is super rude... Was charge for light an extra 1.10 and there no sign of this notice!! last week I was there and asked for light and was told that they were going to put less liquid? Trina the manger need to put a notice up for these changes. because all the other starbucks are not doing these changes Avoid this starbucks!! Plus the girls working there don't know how to communicate and thier customers service sucks!
Ordered a simple Hot Vanilla Latte. And it came cold, no ice, just cold. Don't really know how you mess that up.
