I wish I could dine here more frequently. I dare say you really get what you pay for. Everything was simply outstanding. It has definitely become one of my new favorite restaurants.
Can 't say enough good things. My family 's go to that keeps us coming back each family event we choose to dine out. Thoughtful, flavorful and exquisite meals with a high standard of personal service. Great, conformable atmosphere. A taste and experience of a high end Mag Mile Chicago five star restaurant in our area!
Downtown Chicago in the suburbs. Elegant atmosphere. Interesting and tasty combination of ingredients by the chef. Scallops, steaks, pork, and salmon all cooked to tasty perfection. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available

One of the top restaurants in all of Illinois is Montarra located in Algonquin. Fine dining at its finest, Executive Chef Joshua Lynn's offerings are all outstanding, appetizers through desserts. Even their drinks menu is creative. I don't say this often, but Montarra is a Bucket List restaurant. Service was very good, prices are moderate, beautifully designed space... but the food is for those that appreciate the finer things in life. Five stars in every category. Montarra is as good as, if not better, than the best restaurants in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. Trust me, I've been there. Thank you, Chef Lynn. You and your team are doing outstanding work. I'll be back soon.
