Spoiled food and not even an apology and refused to take it off the bill. Had no time to waste and argue but terrible service and dangerous to eat there just as a walk-in when there is no big event as the food can be old and bad Service: 1 View all feedback.

Bonaville hotel and restaurant... Hotel at a decent standard, cleanliness ok, bathroom ok, room at standard... I had a double room... Breakfast choice from four menus... Hearty, tasty... drinks were not served, I assume for an extra charge... Standard coffee to order, but still the same... (big coffee is still the same coffee as standard espresso)... Dinner in the restaurant was up to par... big portion, tasty... Fast service... Overall at the level of... Rooms: 4
