I have experienced food poisoning from the meals here on multiple occasions. It's frustrating that the management does not take student feedback about the poor food quality seriously. They have a contract with Trinity, which seems to give them a sense of immunity regarding the subpar meals they provide. Terrible food, just depressing. Something needs to change. Almost every student dislikes the food here, either TWU is just blissfully ignorant or just don't care about their customers. Just talk to A student, any student here, see what they say. Nothing changes. Complaints get ignored, feedback gets ignored. As long as you're not dying I guess they are doing a good job. Unfortunately, despite ongoing complaints from students about the food, nothing seems to improve. I understand that mass-producing meals for a large number of students is challenging, but it feels like feedback is rarely taken into account. I've even gotten ill from some of the food. I know some of the staff here personally, and they are truly great people, so I suspect that the issue lies further up in the management. Until changes are made at that level, I can't give a positive review.
