What went wrong? This used to be one of my favorite spots. My sandwich had hardly any meat, and the bread was hard. I'm really disappointed. This was once a cherished restaurant and deli, one of the best in town. My grandmother brought me here when I was a kid, and I have taken my own children here. I'm truly heartbroken.
