I place a phone order and they cancel it. I call at 1:45 p.m., the order is placed, they tell me if I have change and I tell them that I need change for €50. I wait until 3:00 p.m. and seeing that they don't come, I call them. It turns out that they have canceled my order because according to them, the call has been cut off. They have our telephone number and our address, we are regulars in this establishment and always with home delivery orders (if the call has been disconnected they could have called us to confirm). They have left me without food. In addition to the ineptitude of the person who assisted me, he hung up on me again. It is very likely that I will not order again.
