Was User at Public House a mag?
My meal of flathead, chips and salad was a little dry and the fish was very thin and only three quite small pieces. The chips and salad were nice. The rest of our table had the burger, steak, chicken balls & pizza which they enjoyed. The service was great and it is lovely to be greeted by smiling faces and staff who are happy to help. What User dislikes about Public House:
Had a dinner and was looking forward to this newly renovated restaurant. The food was ok we had the beetroot and sweet potato chips which were soggy and the lamb and feta pizza was lacking flavour. Staff were lovely and helpful. I prefer table service to be able to tip, engage with staff and order more drinks, dessert etc. View all feedback.
What an amazing place for Albury!! The atmosphere is warm and inviting the staff are always smiling and attentive. The food showcases the local seasonal produce beautifully and tastes amazing ! Cannot recommend this place highly enough
Omg yummo steak cooked to perfection, vegetarian burger to die for and chips truly amazing along with a nice coldie you can’t beat that Thanks Jodie and the team for the 5 star service and experience will be back for a cocktail and shared platter arvo very soon!!!
Today we waited for longer than expected for our meal. I expect this had something to do with the large groups of Christmas gatherings and loads of people coming and going. I was super impressed when a staff member came and apologised for the delay and offered compensation for the wait. The meal was superb and well worth the wait and your staff are to be commended. Your AHA award is so well deserved.
The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. I was impressed that they were able to make a decaf soy latte for me, as they are not easy to find in Albury. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
**** wine, **** beer, nasty spirits and all other drinks are way too expensive. The foul smell coming in from the back is disgusting. Yuppy pub with yuppy prices. No thanks. xxx
