Looked around on Google maps to have a bite for lunch. I seen that eddys bar had good reviews. I ordered the chicken piri piri and my partner ordered the tuna salad. As you can see in the pictures below, the chicken wasn’t eatable. I tried to eat some of it because I was starving. I seen the woman cooking the food and throwing stuff into the microwave. There was a pool of juice on the plate which the chips lay upon and the salad at the side. By the time I started eating, till the time I stopped everything was soggy from the juice of the chicken. My partners tuna salad had no dressing sauce and the tuna was so dry. It was as if they took it from a tin and just dumped it into the leaves. She said there was no flavour from the tuna. Nothing seemed fresh. When we said we didn’t want to pay for the tuna salad the cook got offended instead of just being understanding and accepting about the food. I wouldn’t recommend to eat here.
Our favourite breakfast bar by far. Love these people and have been coming here best part of 5 years. Menu as expected and good value for money. Carlos and Gloria (if I remember her name right) work so hard. Smashing breakfast and the muffins are delish. Cocktail menu and evening snacks and meals too. Amazing
Great breakfasts. Sets you up for day. Really friendly couple. Note for any ex paras. They have little shrine at back of their cafe, to that regiment.
I've eaten here 2 days of my 4 day stay and I'll probably go back again tomorrow on my last day in Albufeira. It's a quaint little restaurant in a great location that sells nice food for a decent price. I was really happy with the service and quality of food. Was looking for a late night snack. Just wanted kebab meat.. was served up a very small portion of meat for £6 which is more expensive than a kebab with pitta, salad etc). Terrible service and after I complained about the portion size staff did nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid avoid Price per person: €1–5 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
