Was maria jose fernandez santiago at Pub Laberinto a mag?
I don't think I've ever tasted pork feet so well made and clean of hair and everything like in this place, not to mention its delicious flavor, the service is quite fast, the staff is very friendly but without being intrusive or anything like that.
