Was Rope Me In! at Starbucks a mag?
This is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty over the years. The staff here are incredibly patient, calm, and friendly. While there isn’t a drive-thru since it’s located within another building, they’re working on launching an online ordering feature that will be available soon. My go to Starbucks is in Guntersville. Today, I thought I?d just run into Food City in Albertville since it?s a bit closer. I live forty five minutes away from the Guntersville one, so the one in Food City is about ten minutes closer. Ran in, only oneperson working, no prob. Man, this Barista knows her stuff! Her name is Bobbie! She made every drink correct and fast! Definitely will be back and hope to get her again!
The WORSE Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Every time I shop at Food City (bi-weekly), I order a $7 drink from the Starbucks kiosk because of the convenience and I genuinely love their drinks. And every time that I get a drink I end up taking one to two sipsof it, handing it off to a family member for a sip to get their opinion, and then trashing it. These employees have absolutelyno idea how to correctly make any of the drinks they offer. They desperately need more training! Or another job.. From here onout, I will drive to Guntersville and get a real Starbucks coffee/tea/drink prior to heading to Food City.
My favorite Starbucks is in Guntersville, but today I opted to visit the one inside Food City in Albertville since it's a bit closer. I live about 45 minutes from Guntersville, so this location saves me about 10 minutes. Upon arriving, I saw that there was only one employee working, but that wasn't a problem at all. The barista, Bobbie, truly knows her stuff! She prepared each drink flawlessly and quickly! I will definitely return and hope to see her again!

This is undoubtedly the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I typically swing by the Starbucks kiosk at Food City every couple of weeks for a $7 drink because it's convenient, and I genuinely enjoy their beverages. However, every time I take a sip or two and ask a family member for their opinion, I end up tossing it in the trash. The staff clearly doesn't have the skills to prepare the drinks correctly. They definitely need more training, or perhaps it's time they consider a different career path. From now on, I’ll be making the drive to Guntersville for a decent Starbucks coffee, tea, or drink before heading to Food City.
