Ça bosse dur en cuisine pour vous sortir des bons plats....sauf que la chef est seule ...donc attente ..Coté vins rosés. ..pas de choix. .2 domaines Corses.... un à 30 l'autre à 29 euros...Coté plats avons opté pour un chapon chacun à 35 euros...il s'agissait en fait d'un seul petit morceau chacun...donc 70 euros ...et je ne suis pas certain que c'était du chapon...Les desserts miniatures etaient bons.Bref...126 euro... This restaurant is the real thing. Located in the heart of the old city, it is charming, and the seafood is truly first rate. The menu is very limited, but everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, prompt, and friendly. The husband, Loisi, fishes by day and helps to serve at night. The wife, Nadine, is the chef, and her cooking is superb. A big surprise was the wine list which has the best of the best Corsican wines.
Il est des endroits qui ont une âme et une saveur particulière, ici c'est le cas. Une cuisine raffinée et préparée avec amour, un service chaleureux. Une adresse à partager avec des personnes qui le méritent.
Tous les stéréotypes de la gastronome en solo sont là : on vous refile la table côté cuisine d'où sortent toutes les effluves, ou bien celle tout en fin de terrasse dans l'ombre. Sans bougie. (Faut la demander la bougie.) Avoir une table près des autres sur la terrasse, non ça c'est pour les autres qui ont réservé (mais moi aussi!).Dommage que l'accueil du patron soit si insignifiant et donne envie de faire demi-tour. Strongly recommended by local friends we had dinner for the first time in le cabanon in the possession of loic and nadine near the citadelle of ajaccio. the evening was finally above our expectations. the sweet ( zucchinis, tomatoes, kartoffels etc... and fruits come from their own production. the fish is the catch of the day. loic is fischer during the day and is responsible for the service to dinner when his wife nadine is the talented cook. the menu is limited to 3 starters, 4 main courses and some desserts. we enjoyed grilled zucchinis, tomaten, burrata and coward (14 euro) as well as the mullet fish preparation (14 euro) as starters. our main courses risotokartoffeln and their television food (32 euro) on the one hand and the linguine pasta with the spinner crab (36 euro) on the other hand were cooked for perfection. a delicious dessert from vanilleeis, harvesting her garden and meringue (12 euro) finished what we would call a firm. guaranteed fresh and generous portions.

The man, loisi, fish every day and helps to serve at night. the woman, nadine, is the cook, and her kitchen is excellent. a big surprise was the weeping list that has the best of the best Korean weeping.
