I had a super delicate and perfect garden ridge. The homemade croquettes and Spätzle were also very tasty. All rounded off by an excellent sauce! And to make it perfect, the whole dish consisted of regional ingredients. A guest house with a homely Schwarzwaldstube, a warm host family and an excellent cook!
