I also reserved this restaurant by phone from home. We were particularly happy with sushi. The homepage of the “Künstlerquartier Seezeichen” with Mr. Hoshi immediately made appetite for a visit, the table reservation very friendly. We arrived on Pentecost Sunday. There are private parking spaces. On the other side of the street there is a large public parking, free in the evening. We entered the hotel in the original corona cladding. The restaurant is located in the first OG, an elevator is available. It's good for disabled people. Look out. You have everything in mind.” That promised to be a relaxed evening. The weather is great, but a cool wind. With the terrace, high table with high chair? The price for water is finally 0.80 € under the Baltic Sea lounge with 1 Michelin star. Greeting from the kitchen didn't come. But we could place our order: For starters Nigiri: 4 x salmon € 8,000. 4 x yarn € 7.00. 4 x tuna € 9,00. Main food for 2 persons: #HERRHOSHIS RECOMMENDATION 1 kg Shrimp € 58, with baby spear, truffles, wokg vegetables and rice Our newly won girlfriend assures: “Very horny”. And the shrimps are already peeled. That was really a “healthy” information. Actually, I thought "healthy" was replaced by "mega" in the meantime? It was the question of drinks. According to Bellini, the desire for aperitif was out. There was no winemaking mood on the tablet card. Choice of good but high price. Not less than € 11,00. My husband liked to climb to a alcohol-free Warsteiner Pils, 0.33 € 3.50 and remembered our selected and taken German holiday wine bunkers in the refrigerator of our apartment. I liked a wine for sushi. Mr. Hoshi wants to sell. For me the 2018 Riesling “101” from the winery Spreadter, Rheingau. 0.2 l € 11,00. Just before our sushi, 4 sauces were served by a friendly staff. Sushi Little later our longing, beautifully dressed, Nigiri. Nigiri Lachs Nigiri Garnele Nigiri Tuna Wasabi with good sharpness, good ginger, avocado, lemon, radish. Whether the Japanese Mr. Hoshi really leads the knife in the kitchen? Sushi The 4 sauces: soy sauce fits. Sweet chili, garlic and another sauce didn't need to sushi. We love garlic, but please don't sushi. Sushi is better built. Rice and fish had no connection. The fish lay like a board on the little acidified rice and was in combination difficult to eat. Rice and fish didn't want to join. The fish quality was good, but very thin. Intermediate feelings during sushi have been much better experienced. A short time later, our “kilo dish” was served. The photo deceives. Of course we couldn't weigh, but it was a really big shrimp. All shrimps perfectly glazed, large spices, fresh coriander, black and white sesame top. The announced Wokg vegetables came more Mediterranean (Paprika, Zucchini, Aubergine, cauliflower) than Japanese. Separate airy rice with sticks of spring onion as a supplement. Krassian contrast, but very tasteful: A bowl soy sauce marinated and fresh baby leaf spinach with truffle (I would call it truffle puff). I had expected some fresh truffles, which unfortunately was missing. Our service friend had disappeared for us. We were then completely abandoned. No need to ask if something is desired. After some time we could draw attention to ourselves, order the invoice and pay from the EC. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't round. Service friendly, superficial, weakening after the order. Whether it tasted when the plates are cleaned is too late. When we left the house, we passed the ice counter on the ground floor. Another ice cream? The ice selection can be overlooked and no employee visible. No ice cream cafe in the EC . Last Google posts (only called interesting) are also strange: 1 month ago a guest wrote: Unfortunately my wife was treated from above! We have never experienced such behavior.
