We dropped on to this gem, by chance, we were offered Spainish beer or German, We chose German, we were hooked then, a lovely well kept beer, We called in most evenings after that, Our host was great, he ran it as a pub, no frills, although I do think they did meals there. If Your in the area, its well worth calling in. View all feedback.

We almost walked pass this , luckily we decided to pop in . We all had curry sausage and chips which was lovely. Very clean bar and very friendly. It’s only a short walk down the hill from the hard rock and definitely worth a visit for lunch , or wait until happy hour 4-7 .
We stumbled upon this place by accident, thank goodness. Kris welcomed us with a big hearty smile and joined in as we sat down to drink his real German beer, cold and from a proper glass. Good banter and cheap price. What more do you need while at the HRH. If your sick of dorada get round the eck(corner in German) and tell Kris I sent ya. Prost Kris.
Went here for a drink to get out of the sun. Bar owner was a friendly little Chap. Seems like a nice little place.
Happy hour is between 4pm and 7pm, you can grab a large beer for 1.50 and excellent currywurst and chips for 4.50, really good value for money.
