Original post: The ambience of this place is dark: dark furniture, cumbersome but unpleasant lighting. There is no colorful Joie de vivire here; even the otherwise typical Chinese gold and red did not notice me here. We didn't want a buffet, even if the majority of the villagers chose it. It also looked beautiful and fresh, but when I retest a restaurant, I only try Chinese standard dishes. The service is incredibly fast and very beautiful and wonderful German-speaking. There's nothing to complain about. But the food is unfortunately only German standard, although I thought I was clear by my comments that I am not a Dörfler. My accompaniment was sweet crazy with pineapples until 9.80 very happy. He should be. The sauce was not even extra so that the stuffed and frit meat was ‘lecker’ wabbelig. A chakun son. I tried it with Mini Flühlingslollen 3,00, to which the same sweet sour boar sauce was served. Crispy and okay. Then Hui Go Jou fried twice actually hot it twice boiled pork with vegetables, sharp on 9.80 . I ordered it without glutamate and without binder for the sauce. Usually, double-footed pork is only slowly cut into water, soy sauce, rice wine and spices softly swollen red, cut into thin slices and then fried. What I got were fibrous, hard and much too thick slices of pork, of which I almost did not eat. The vegetables were crisp and wonderful. I didn't do it before. No word was lost when my plate was half full. * Conclusion*: Should I be forced to go back there, I will definitely try the buffet. Because the à la carte offer does not offer any surprises beyond the standards. Maybe. I should ask for the kitchen with desires that correspond more to the Chinese standard. Because Chinese order without card. Addendum: I tried the buffet 13,00 or so and now reduce my rating to 1 point. Lauwarm and has nix to do with Chinese cuisine. There was really nothing I liked to eat. Even the demands of a German Chinese cuisine did not. The Mongolian buffet where you can choose ingredients and give yourself a roast: good idea, but the beef was hard and hard after cooking. Maybe it's just too critical, but this village chinese is not boring, but it's also handmade bad, and I can't let things go through.
