Restaurant is dog friendly which is fine if you are a dog lover. I'm not a massive fan but do not like dogs wandering about, licking my feet, and especially when food being served View all feedback.

Thirty quid for the 2 worst carvery ever( and a slice of brownie with scarcity of custard. Cold, dried up, rock hard end of tasteless beef. Dried up rock hard end of salty gammon. Watery gravy and undercooked yorky and slices of carrot. Turkey was fine, thankfully as I was hungry. Been to Toby many times, and never been served such awful food, I’ve had better carvery from ‘Too Good to Go’ Nil points View all feedback.
We was served by eughan and he was perfect as the saying goes best things come in small packages and that's what he was so just amazing

We thought we would go for a bite to eat. We didn't want the carvery so we asked if we could have a sandwich? We waited for at least 3/4hr for the sandwiches!! I wish i took a picture? They were just 2 slces of bread with salad on the side. I had cheese with onion marmalade. My husband had chicken with ham?? We paid £18.80p for this crap. The bread was thin sliced normal bread, i had brown he had white. The salad was some lettuce, a bit of tomato and cucumber. We won't be back that's for sure. We have never had such horrible food in a very long time. The staff were lovely just the food was awful.
Food was excellent as I find with every Toby I've been too, I dropped stars for being asked for a tip in a manner set to guilt trip you in front of your family/guests.
