Every burger on the menu is outstanding in its own unique way, and the thin-cut fries are the perfect accompaniment. My personal favorite is the Texaco, and their beer selection pairs well with any dish. Even though I’ve moved away from the area, I always find a reason to come back to this hidden gem. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be sweet potato fries from The Filling Station. If you have not tried them yet RUN and ask for their truffle aioli sauce on the side. I hope their recipes are passed down for generations to come so I can bring my kids and grand kids. Aside from the God tier fries, the customer service and food inside the market and outside at the filling station is delicious and great quality. Highly recommend.
