Was Miranda Y at Ithaca Ale House a mag?
The waitstaff were very friendly, and overall, the service was quite good. However, the grilled cheese I ordered—four pieces—were all very greasy, and I honestly couldn't taste any difference between them. On the bright side, the beer was enjoyable. View all feedback.

We arrived as a party of four on a quiet evening, and there were plenty of open tables. However, the staff refused to seat us at a table since we weren’t ordering food; they only offered us high-top tables. I explained that I have arthritis in my knee and that high-tops wouldn’t be suitable for me, but they didn’t seem to care. Considering it’s an “ale house,” one would expect to be allowed to sit and enjoy a drink.... View all feedback.
Typical Ale House experience. Good drinks, good food, not cheap but affordable. Nice night out. George the bartender was very friendly and engaging with the customers. That's not common anymore and it really made for a fun evening.

Not what it once was. I used to like the old Ale House: it wasn't anything incredible, but they had a nice beer selection and their burgers, while not the best, were quite varied and affordable. Since the move down the street, the prices have skyrocketed. A single burger and a paltry amount of fries runs me the same as a proper dinner at another place, and their selection is terrible compared to what it once was. They seem to have made the strange decision to expand their offerings to pizzas … – show
