Was Nelson I at Inspire Brands a mag?
I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at this Dunkin' Donuts. Normally, I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin', but the staff here makes me want to return again and again... and I do! View all feedback.

The 3th time that I came and it's the same. I ordered curbside and they never bring my order I have to go inside and get it, even that I'm positive for covid -19 now. View all feedback.

Dreadful place, I came in Thursday at about 955pm and had to use the restroom really badly!, but was told it was locked and she didn't have the key. I had to go so bad I took out 3 20 dollar bills but got the same story. Inconsiderate and not humane!!!! Lost the key? Really???
So my wife and I decided to come to this dunkin to get ice coffee. For one, the line was terribly long and after standing in line for almost 39 minutes, the lady that works there put her hand up after giving us our coffee and shooed us away like a dog. Never again will I come to this one.
There's a woman there with an extremely unpleasant attitude and lacks basic manners!
This is the cleanest Baskin Robbins I've found on Long Island. The ice cream here is consistently creamy and fresh, unlike some other locations where it can be off. I also enjoy paying for my purchases using my Dunkin Donuts app.
