Owner is so friendly and accommodating! He helped me order since I couldn't read the Japanese menu, and walked me to the door after the meal. Delicious okonomiyaki with pretty much any kind of meat you would want. Just go down to the 1BF and it's straight forward on the left. You'll love it!
This okonomiyaki place is a bit different if you only have chain okonomiyaki before. It's a small place that probably fit 10 people, so you might have to wait. It has many kinds of okonomiyaki and you can see the chief making yours. The food is good and price is descent.
If you go to Osaka for okonomiyaki, definitely go to this place! Of course there are many other okonomiyaki restaurants, but this place is really one of my favorites. I went to her branch near Hankyu Umeda, but it was closed so the next day I went to this branch in Umeda Sky Building for lunch. It is located only in B1 level of the observatory, so it is convenient after seeing. Your place is not so big and right. Okonomiyaki is good for 1 person. Okonomiyaki is really delicious! I ordered notification and so glad I got it. Ordering will take time so sure to come here before you are super hungry.
Very friendly and affordable. We had a little chat with the cook asking in English and I answered in Japanese. And was only 736円。just make sure not to accidentally enter by the side door like me!!!
Very friendly restaurant staffs who spontaneously invited us into the kitchen to experience the making of yaki soba. The food tasted so good in addition to the warm hospitality we received. Ordered yaki soba and seafood okonomiyaki! Thank you so much, we had an enjoyable meal in this nostalgic restaurant of yours! Will visit again the next time i return to Osaka.
