Was 山田太郎 at ハナヤマz a mag?
I found a sign that caught my eye while passing by, so I went to "Chionokaze Ramen Hanayama Z" ^o^ I had the impression that seafood ramen only tasted like seafood and was not to my liking, but with high expectations from the name of the restaurant, I ordered the "Rich Seafood Tonkotsu" ramen \^o^/ The taste was as I expected, with a balance of both seafood and pork bone flavors, and it was really delicious! I visited the restaurant after a long time. I usually order the soy sauce ramen with tai and flying fish broth, but this time I decided to try the salt ramen with sea urchin and seafood, along with three free vouchers for fried chicken. The bowls arrived after a while. As instructed by the staff, I mixed the sea urchin into the soup and took a sip... Hmm, there is some umami but it felt a bit light to me. There was yuzu pepper on the table, so I added some and it tasted better. Also, the komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) was exceptionally tasty. The noodles were thin and went down smoothly, with a nice chew. The fried chicken was delicious too! It was good on its own but even better with the sauce provided on the table. Personally, I still prefer the ramen I usually get, but they have other types of ramen so next time I want to try the Hanayama Black. Thank you for the meal.
I had the salt ramen and Hanayama Black. The soup was rich and flavorful, which I couldn't have imagined just from looking at it. The noodles matched well with the soup, the homemade bamboo shoots added a nice touch, and the chashu had a strong presence. Everything was well-balanced and delicious. Thank you for the meal. Parking is available.

It seems that there are different types of noodles for each ramen, and this one had flat noodles! They were perfectly tangled with the rich soup and it was really good. There are many different kinds, so I would like to try another one next time ^o^ Also, the set menu is at a lunch price until 3 pm on weekdays, so it's a great deal \^o^/.
